Dry construction mix ARENA SeamMaster PT It refers to a system of penetrating waterproofing materials ARENA InMix PN, used for waterproofing precast and monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete structures. A dry construction mix consisting of special cement, quartz sand of a certain granulometry, and patented active chemical additives is used for waterproofing static joints, joints, cracks, and junctions in concrete. Cracks, seams, joints, etc. are strained, moistened, and primed with a solution ARENA InMix PN. The straba is tightly filled with a solution ARENA SeamMaster PT and treated with a solution ARENA InMix PN.

Material application technology

Application examples:

- waterproofing of joints of FBS blocks and floor slabs;

- waterproofing of working (cold) concreting joints;

- filling cracks in concrete structures, including from the inside.

Instructions for use:

Work should be carried out at the surface temperature of the structure from + 5 ° C to + 35 ° C. The consumption of the dry mixture is 1.5 kg / m.p. (25x25 mm fine), with an increase in the cross-section of the fine, the consumption increases proportionally.

Surface preparation:

Using a hole cutter and a jackhammer, run along cracks, seams, joints, communication inlets, interfaces, and abutments with a cross-section of at least 25 x 25 mm. The pipe should be thoroughly cleaned of debris and loose concrete using a metal-pile brush, moistened abundantly and primed with a single layer of mortar mixture ARENA InMix PN (consumption 0.1 kg/m.p.).

Preparation of the mortar mixture:

Use clean water and containers. Mix with water in a ratio of 0.14 – 0.16 liters of water per 1 kg of dry mix or 1 part of water per 5 parts of dry mix by volume for 2 minutes until a thick plasticine -shaped consistency is obtained. Use in 30 minutes, stirring regularly without adding water.

Application:

Immediately after applying the mortar mixture ARENA InMix PN fill the prepared strab tightly with the mortar mixture ARENA Seamaster PT. The thickness of the layer should not exceed 30 mm in one pass. Fill a deep hole in several layers. After 1-2 hours, moisten the filled strainer and adjacent areas of concrete and treat with a mortar mixture ARENA InMix PN in two layers.

Care of the treated surface:

Moisten and protect the surface from mechanical influences, negative temperatures and precipitation for 3 days.

Security:

Use rubber gloves, cotton gloves, respirator, safety glasses, thick cloth overalls, boots. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice.

Transportation:

The material is transported by all modes of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with the rules of cargo transportation applicable to this type of transport. The applied methods of transportation of mixtures should exclude the possibility of atmospheric precipitation entering them, as well as ensure the safety of packaging from mechanical damage and violation of integrity.

Storage conditions and manufacturer's warranty:

Dry mixes should be stored packed, avoiding humidification and ensuring the safety of packaging, in covered dry storage rooms with a relative humidity of no more than 60%. The shelf life of products packed in bags is 12 months, from the date of manufacture indicated on the package. When packing products in buckets, it is possible to increase the shelf life to 18 months.
