Non-shrinking waterproofing mix for seams of ARENA SeamMaster PT is an effective remedy for repair of cracks and sealing of all types of seams in designs from reinforced concrete. It is made in the form of the dry mix intended for a zatvoreniye by strictly dosed amount of water. The high-quality portlandtsement, small fractions of quartz sand, and a complex of the special additives responsible for shrinkage compensation, considerable improvement of adhesive and moisture protective properties of structure is a part of mix.

Предназначение:

Mortar is intended for sealing cracks, seams, input connections, junctions, due to the high water and lack of shrinkage. Possesses high adhesion to concrete.

DESCRIPTION:

Dry waterproofing permeating mixture consists Portland cement, quartz sand and a complex ionic soluble additive capable of penetrating into the pores and concrete drenches and getting into chemical interaction with the products of Portland cement hydration in concrete.

* Tests were carried out according to STO 77956721-001-2017 "Descriptions and technology of use of waterproofing materials of the ARENA FORCE brand". All stated indicators of quality and the recommendation are right for ambient temperature 20oC and the relative air humidity of 90%. In other conditions technical characteristics of material can differ from specified.

Технология применения материала

PREPARATION OF FOUNDATION:

With a groovemaker and jackhammer must perform indent U-shaped configuration section of at least 25x25 mm over the entire length of the cracks, seams, joints, junctions and communications inputs. Indent and adjacent surfaces should be cleaned of debris and structurally weak concrete, and then abundantly moistened and primed penetrating waterproofing material ARENA InMix PN in layer 1 (flow rate 0.4 -0.5 kg/m2). The locations of the active filter water break indent on a minimum width of 25 mm and a depth of not less than 60 mm deep with an extension (possibly in the form of a cone) and apply a material ARENA PlugMix PW «Hydraulic plug». Attention! Before applying the material ARENA InMix PN the base moisten plentifully to the maximum possible saturation.

PREPARATION OF SOLVENT MIXTURE:

Work must be performed at a temperature not below +5°С. Attention! In preparing the solution mixture is used only pure water and packagings. To prepare a volume of solution mixture, which can develop within 30 minutes after the addition of water to the dry mix. Optimal temperature of the water mixing 20°C. Mix the dry mixture with water in the proportion of 0.16-0.17 litres per 1 kg of dry mixture or by volume - 1 part of water by about 4 to 4.5 parts of the dry mixture. Dissolve the mortar mixture for 1-2 minutes by hand or with the aid of a low-speed drill until a thick consistency plate is obtained.

Работы следует выполнять при температуре не н иже +5°С. Подготовленную штробу плотно заполнить подготовленной растворной смесью, при этом толщина наносимого за один прием слоя не должна превышать 30 мм. Расход сухой смеси при штробе 25x25 мм составляет 1,4-1,6 кг/п.м. с учетом технологических потерь при укладке смеси. При увеличении сечения штробы расход сухой смеси увеличивается пропорционально. Заполненную штробу и прилегающие участки бетона необходимо увлажнить и обработать материалом ARENA InMix PN в два слоя.

Уход за обработанной поверхностью:

Обработанные поверхности необходимо защитить от механических воздействий и отрицательных температур в течение 3-х суток. Увлажнять 2-3 раза в день, в течении 3 суток.

The manufacturer guarantees compliance of mix to requirements of specifications at observance by the consumer of storage precautions and indications of this instruction. A warranty period of container storage of the manufacturer – 18 months from the date of production on condition of undisturbed tightness of an original packing.

Safety:

It is necessary to avoid hit of mix in eyes and on skin. Mix contains cement and in interaction with water gives alkaline reaction therefore during the work it is necessary to use rubber gloves and goggles. At hit of mix in eyes it is necessary to wash them with water and to ask for the help the doctor. Storage conditions: Storage is allowed at any humidity and temperature from - 60oC to 50oC.
