Instructions for use:
Work should be carried out in dry, windless weather at the surface temperature of the structure from + 5 to + 35 ° C.
Consumption of dry mix:
1.50 - 1.80 kg / dm³3.
Surface preparation:
Drill holes with a diameter of 16-18 mm at an angle of 45 ° in a staggered pattern on both sides of the crack in increments equal to half the thickness of the structure. The holes must intersect the crack cavity in the middle of the structure. Blow holes with air or rinse with pressurized water. Fill the crack mouth with a mortar mixture ARENA RepairMaster R300 (R500).
Preparation of the mortar mixture:
Use clean water and containers. The optimal closing water temperature is 20°C. As the temperature decreases, the setting time of the mortar mixture increases. As the temperature increases, the setting time is shortened. Depending on the required consistency, the amount of mixing water and properties will vary (water/mixture ratio). Consistency - plastic, water consumption per 1 kg - 0.25 l, ratio of water and dry mixture by volume (water / dry mixture) - 1/3.5. Consistency - plastic-liquid, water consumption per 1 kg - 0.3 l, ratio of water and dry mixture by volume (water / dry mixture) - 1/3. The consistency is high-flow, the water consumption per 1 kg is 0.4 liters, the ratio of water and dry mixture by volume (water / dry mixture) is 1/2.5. Use clean water and containers. Mix with water in the required proportion for 2 minutes, manually or using a low-speed drill. While stirring, add the dry mixture gradually to the water. Use in 30 minutes, stirring regularly without adding water.
Application:
For injection, use metal or plastic injectors with a diameter of 16-18 mm and manual or electric pumps for feeding cement compositions of high and medium mobility. Check the pump's performance by pumping water through it. Install the last injector. Inject until there is a sudden increase in pressure in the system or, conversely, when the pressure does not rise for 2-3 minutes, or until the mixture begins to flow out of the adjacent well. Install the next injector and continue injecting. When the viscosity of the mixture increases and after finishing the work, rinse the pump with water. Fill the cavities from the injectors with a mortar mixture ARENA Seamaster PT.
If used as a gravy mixture, it is possible to add crushed stone fractions of 5-10 mm (5-20 mm) in a ratio of 1 to 1 by weight of the dry mixture and crushed stone.
Maintenance of the structure:
Protect from mechanical influences and negative temperatures for 3 days.
Security:
Use rubber gloves, cotton gloves, respirator, safety glasses, thick cloth overalls, boots. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical advice.
Transportation:
The material is transported by all modes of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with the rules of cargo transportation applicable to this type of transport. The applied methods of transportation of mixtures should exclude the possibility of atmospheric precipitation entering them, as well as ensure the safety of packaging from mechanical damage and violation of integrity.
Storage conditions and manufacturer's warranty:
Dry mixes should be stored packed, avoiding humidification and ensuring the safety of packaging, in covered dry storage rooms with a relative humidity of no more than 60%. The shelf life of products packed in bags is 12 months, from the date of manufacture indicated on the package.
