Dry repair podlivochny mix of the average ARENA RepairMaster R300 LIQUID brand consists of the portlandtsement, the fractioned quartz sand, the reinforcing fibers, and a complex of additives of modifiers of properties.

Purpose

Operating procedure

To carry out the visual and tool assessment of defective sites of concrete for calculation of necessary amount of materials. To clean the damaged sites from structurally weak concrete of other pollution interfering adhesion of solution with the surface of the repaired concrete. When stripping reinforcing cores to remove concrete around them not less than on 15 mm. In the presence of active leaks to eliminate them by means of the dry mix ARENA PlugMix PW.

Preparation of solution mix

Optimum water temperature of a zatvoreniye 20 ± 2 °C. On 1 kg of dry mix 0,18-0,19 l of water are required. Hashing by a low-turnover drill is optimum. To mix within 3 minutes before formation of homogeneous plastic mass without lumps, to sustain a technology pause of 3-5 minutes and to mix mix repeatedly. It is regular to mix solution mix in usage time for preserving of initial consistence. Repeated addition of water in solution mix is not allowed. Use of materials and on expiry date, on condition of carrying out preliminary tests is allowed.

SAFETY

It is necessary to avoid hit of mix in eyes and on skin. Mix contains cement and in interaction with water gives alkaline reaction therefore during the work it is necessary to use rubber gloves and goggles. At hit of mix in eyes it is necessary to wash them with water and to ask for the help the doctor.

Storage conditions:

Bags with dry mix need to be stored in the covered rooms, providing tightness of packing and protection of mix from moistening.
